SHIPPING POLICY

STANDARD EUROPEAN SHIPPING

We ship everywhere in Europe! Our flat rate for shipping with tracking within  Europe is €4.90 - €9.90 per order, depending on your location, regardless of the size or weight of your purchase. However, we offer free shipping for all orders above €100.
 

The shipping address you provide at the time of purchase is the address we will ship your items to. Please ensure that this address is correct before you make a payment. 
 

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but please note that it may take longer during busy seasons. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package.

The customer is responsible for any additional customs fees, taxes, or duties that may be imposed by their country's customs office.
 

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We use a variety of shipping carriers to ensure timely and reliable delivery. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
 

  • Germany: 5-7 business days

  • France: 7-9 business days

  • Spain: 7-8 business days

  • Italy: 6-8 business days

  • Other European countries: 5-10 business days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We also offer international shipping!
 

We aim to process and ship international orders as quickly as possible, but please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method. We use a variety of shipping carriers to ensure timely and reliable delivery. Estimated delivery times for international orders are provided upon request.

Please also note that we are not responsible for any shipping delays which are out of our control, such as delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

There are certain items that cannot be sent to certain countries (e.g. all Blue Lotus products are banned in Russia, Poland, Romania and Latvia).
If you order one of such items by mistake, we are happy to refund.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days from receipt. If 14 days have gone by since you received the product and you didn't contact our customer service team, you don't qualify for a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original, undamaged packaging.

 

In order to submit the return, send us an email to info@anunnakibag.com indicating the name of the returned goods, order number and reasons for return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer (us) before informing us first.

 

Shipping cost of the returned goods is covered by the seller or the customer depending on the circumstances, the decision is made by the seller.

  • Gift cards

  • Some health and personal care items

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 working days.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@anunnakibag.com before sending an item(s) back to us.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@anunnakibag.com.
