General provisions

 

1.1. These rules for the purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter "Rules") are a legally binding document for the parties, which determine the rights, duties and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller when purchasing goods in the online store www.anunnakibag.com (hereinafter - the “e-store”).

1.2. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement the Rules at any time, taking into account the requirements established by EU legal acts.

 

2. The moment of conclusion of the purchase-sale contract

 

2.1. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered to be concluded from the moment when the Buyer creates a shopping cart in the e-shop, specifies the delivery address, selects the payment method and, after familiarizing himself with the Rules, clicks the "Confirm order" button.

 

2.2. When approving the rules, the Seller guarantees that he is an able-bodied natural person, has reached the age of majority and his capacity is not restricted by court order. Minors between the ages of 14 and 18 can only be purchasing from www.anunnakibag.com e-shop with the consent of their parents or guardians.

 

2.3. Submission of personal data

 

2.3.1. Individuals wishing to register with anunnakibag.com must provide their email and a fictitious password. An account is created during registration. In the account, the buyer enters his own true data - name, surname, date of birth, telephone number and e-mail address. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of this data. The Buyer may log in to his account at any time and adjust the Personal Data. The Buyer can contact info@anunnakibag.com at any time to cancel the account.


2.3.2. When ordering goods without registration, the Buyer must indicate in the relevant information fields provided by the Seller the personal data of the Buyer necessary for the proper execution of the order: name, surname, delivery address, telephone number and e-mail. email address.

 

2.3.3. By approving these rules, the Buyer agrees that the personal data of the Buyer provided would be used by the e-shop in order to proceed the sale of goods. In the e-shop, for the analysis of the Seller's activity and, with the consent (tick), for direct marketing purposes.

2.4. By agreeing that the Buyer's personal data will be used by the e-shop in order to proceed the sale of goods, the Buyer also agrees that the e-mail specified by the Buyer information messages necessary for ordering the goods would be sent to the e-mail address and telephone number.

2.5. The Buyer, when registering by e-mail in the store and when ordering goods, undertakes to store and not disclose login details to anyone.

2.6. The Seller confirms that the personal data provided by the Buyer will be processed only for the proper provision of the services provided in the e-shop anunnakibag.com (including the right to participate in promotions). The Seller confirms that the Personal Data provided by the Buyer will be processed for the purposes of analysis of the Seller's activities and direct marketing, if such consent is provided by the Buyer. For direct marketing purposes, the retention period is 3 calendar years from the date of submission.

2.7. Buyer has the right to submit a request to cancel his account on www.anunnakibag.com.


2.8. In order to facilitate the Buyer's shopping on the website, cookies may be stored on the Buyer's computer. The entered information is used to identify the previous Buyer, to store information about the purchases made in the cart, and to collect generalized website traffic statistics. The buyer can view what cookies are stored and delete them at any time. By approving the rules, the Buyer agrees to the storage of cookies on his computer. 3. Seller's Rights


3.1. In the event of important circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or completely terminate the operation of the e-store without notifying the Buyer in advance.

 

3.2. If the Buyer tries to harm the work, stability and security of the e-store or violates his obligations, the Seller has the right to limit or suspend his access to the e-store or, in exceptional cases, cancel the Buyer's registration without warning.

 

3.3. The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms of these rules without prior notice.

 

3.4. The Seller has the right to cancel the order without prior notice to the Buyer, if the Buyer does not pay for the goods within 5 (five) working days, unless both parties agree otherwise.

 

3.5. Send all communications between the parties to the e-mail addresses provided in the Buyer's registration form.

 

4. Obligations and responsibilities of the Seller

 

4.1. The Seller undertakes to create all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the e-store.

 

4.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer and within the agreed delivery period.

 

4.3. The Seller, in the event of important circumstances, being unable to deliver the ordered product to the Buyer, undertakes to offer the Buyer an analogous product, and if the Buyer refuses to accept the analogue of the product, to return the money paid within three working days, if the Buyer has made an advance payment.

 

4.4. After the Buyer uses Rule 5.2. the right provided for in paragraph 1, the Seller undertakes to return the money paid to the Buyer within 10 (ten) working days, counted from the day of receipt of the returned goods.

 

4.5. If the Buyer does not provide accurate data in the registration form, the Seller is not responsible for the resulting consequences.

 

4.6. The Seller is not responsible for the information provided on other websites, even if the Buyer accesses these websites through links in the Seller's e-store.

 

4.7. The Seller provides the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the terms specified in the product descriptions. These terms are preliminary and do not apply in cases where the Seller does not have the required goods in stock and the Buyer is informed of the shortage of the goods ordered by him. At the same time, the Buyer agrees that in exceptional cases the delivery of goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Seller. In this case, the Seller undertakes to contact the Buyer immediately and agree on the terms of delivery.

 

4.8. In all cases, the Seller is released from liability for violation of the terms of delivery of goods, if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are not delivered on time due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances beyond the control of the Seller.

 

4.9. The Seller is not responsible for the fact that the color, shape or other parameters of the goods in the e-shop may not correspond to the real size, shape and color of the goods due to the characteristics of the display used by the Buyer.

 

5. Buyer's rights

 

5.1. The Buyer has the right to buy goods in the e-store in accordance with these rules and the procedure established by the e-store.

 

5.2. The Buyer has the right to refuse the contract for the purchase and sale of goods concluded with the e-store by notifying the Seller in writing (by e-mail, specifying the item to be returned and its order number) no later than within 14 (fourteen) working days from the day of delivery of the item, except cases provided for in legal acts regarding the procedure for exchanging and returning Items, as well as if the contract is concluded for non-exchangeable and non-returnable items, the list of which is established in the Retail Trade Rules. The product is not refundable if the package has been opened, product has been damaged or has substantially changed its appearance, as well as if it has been used.

 

5.3. Has the right to change and/or update the information provided in the registration form.
 

5.4. All messages between the parties and questions should be sent to the address or e-mail address specified in the "Contacts" section of the e-shop.

 

6. Obligations and responsibilities of the Buyer

 

6.1. By using the e-shop, the Buyer confirms that he agrees with these rules of purchase and sale and must comply with them.

 

6.2. The Buyer must pay for the goods and accept them in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.

 

6.3. The Buyer has no right to make claims to the seller regarding the delivery of the goods to the wrong entity if the delivery address is incorrectly specified.

 

6.4. The Buyer is fully responsible for the correctness of the data provided in the registration form.

 

6.5. The Buyer is responsible for actions taken intentionally or unintentionally while using the e-store.

 

6.6. The Buyer, having chosen the delivery service at the time of ordering, undertakes to indicate the exact address/place of delivery of the goods.
 

6.7. The Buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that the Buyer is unable to accept the goods himself and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer shall not be entitled to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.

 

6.8. During the delivery of the goods to the Buyer, the Buyer must, together with the Seller or the person who delivered the shipment, check the condition of the shipment and the product(s) and sign the invoice, waybill or other shipment transfer - acceptance document. After the buyer signs the invoice, waybill or other shipment transfer-acceptance document, it is considered that the shipment has been transferred in a suitable condition, product damage, the basis of which cannot be attributed to a factory defect, and product(s) assembly inconsistencies (such as can be determined by external product inspection) during inspection) is not available. If a violation of the package of the shipment is detected, the Buyer or, depending on the case, the Buyer's representative has the right not to accept the shipment. In this case, the representative of the organisation providing courier services, together with the Buyer or, depending on the case, the Buyer's representative, fills out a special package inspection report, which indicates the violations found. If the Buyer does not perform these actions, the Seller is released from responsibility towards the Buyer for damage to the goods, if the basis for the occurrence of such damage is not a factory defect, and for inconsistencies in the composition of the goods, if these inconsistencies can be determined during an external inspection of the goods.

 

6.9. The Seller is released from any responsibility in cases where losses arise because the Buyer, regardless of the Seller's recommendations and his obligations, did not familiarise himself with these Rules, although he was given such an opportunity.

7. Price of goods, payment, delivery and warranty conditions

 

7.1. The prices of goods in the e-store and in the created order are indicated in Euros.

 

7.2. The Buyer pays for the goods in one of the ways he chooses:

 

7.2.1. Credit / Debit Cards:
Anunnaki Bag accepts payments through credit and debit cards via Stripe. Your credit or debit card details will be encrypted to minimize the possibility of unauthorized access or disclosure. Please note that your bank may charge you additional fees for the use of your credit or debit card, and you will be solely responsible for paying such fees.

7.2.2. By Invoice via Bank Transfer:
Anunnaki Bag accepts payments by invoice via bank transfer. To request payment by bank transfer, please send an email to info@anunnakibag.com, and we will provide you with an invoice and our bank account details. Please note that it may take up to several business days for bank transfers to be processed and credited to our account, and we will not be responsible for any delays or errors caused by your bank.

7.2.3 Bitcoin:
Anunnaki Bag also accepts payments via Bitcoin. If you choose this option, please contact us so we can provide you with the payment link.

7.3. Only after receiving payment for the goods, the Seller begins to form the parcel of goods and the deadline for the delivery of the goods begins to be calculated.

7.4. For certain types of goods, the Seller provides a guarantee of the quality of items valid for a certain period of time, the specific term and other conditions of which are indicated in the descriptions of such goods. In the event that the Seller does not provide a quality guarantee for certain types of goods, the guarantee provided by the relevant legal acts shall apply.

7.5. The goods are delivered by the Seller or the Seller's authorized representative (courier).

8. Returns And Exchange Of Goods

​

8.1. Deficiencies of the sold goods are eliminated, low-quality goods are returned and replaced. In all cases, the money for the returned goods is transferred only to the payer's bank account.

 

8.2. In order to return the product (s) in accordance with Article 5.2. the Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, informing the Seller by the means of communication specified in the contact section, indicating the name of the returned goods, order number and reasons for return.

 

8.3. When the Buyer returns the goods, the following conditions must be met:

 

8.3.1. the returned goods must be in the original neat packaging;

 

8.3.2. the goods must be undamaged by the Buyer;

 

8.3.3. the product must be unused, without losing its commercial appearance (undamaged labels, peeled off protective film, etc.)

 

8.3.4. the returned product must be in the same configuration as the Buyer received it;

 

8.3.5. when returning the goods, it is necessary to present the document of its purchase.

 

8.3.6. the Buyer is obliged to cover the shipping cost of the returned items.

 

8.4. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with 8.3. the return procedures laid down in Article.

 

8.5. When returning the received wrong product and / or defective product, the Seller undertakes to take back such goods and replace them with similar suitable goods.

 

8.6. In the event that the Seller does not have goods suitable for replacement, the amount paid shall be refunded to the Buyer, excluding the price for delivery.
 

9. Final provisions

 

9.1. These Rules of Purchase and Sale of Goods have been drawn up in accordance with the laws and legal acts of European Union.

 

9.2. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the EU.

All rules are regulated by the laws of the European Union.
